OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to make need-oriented laboratory applications through the management of network infrastructures, virtualization and network simulation programs. In addition, it is aimed to teach the management of corporate networks and how to configure device configurations.
Contents of the Course Unit: OSI model and layers, LAN and WAN technologies, IP v4, IP v6, Subnets, Routing, 802.x family. Network design, device configurations, network testing with software such as Wireshark, Packet Tracer.

Explain the basic, theoretical and applied knowledge in the field of information security technology and software.
Knows and analyzes cyber assets in terms of information security.
Experience the cyber security risk management system.
