OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to apply the criteria in the translation of business texts by adopting the basic principles of business communication.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course includes the definition of business communication, good spelling, difficulties and requirements in understanding, reading and writing, business translation and its necessity, business documents such as invoices, power of attorney, and insurance policies.

Students are able to comprehend the basics of business.
Students are able to analyse translated versions of business documents.
