OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Öğrencilerin genel işletmeye yönelik kavram ve tekniklere hakim olmasını sağlamak amaçlanmaktadır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	İşletme ile ilgili temel kavramlar, işletmenin amaçları, işlevleri ve sorumlulukları, işletmelerin sınıflandırılması, işletmelerin çevresi, işletmelerde büyüme ve rekabet türleri, işletmelerde kuruluş aşamaları, uluslararası örgüt yönetim fonksiyonu, üretim fonksiyonu, insan kaynakları fonksiyonu, halkla ilişkiler fonksiyonu, araştırma geliştirme fonksiyonu, muhasebe-finans fonksiyonu konularını kapsar.

İşletme ve işletme ile ilişkili kavramları tanımlar.
Tüm dünyayı faaliyet alanı olarak ele almak zorunda olan örgütlerin, yeni ekonomi çerçevesinde, uyguladığı yönetimi ve uluslararası firma teorisini bilir.
Bir örgütün güçlü ve gelişmesi gereken yönlerini bulup farklı bakış açıları ile geliştirilebilecek stratejileri açıklar.
İşletme fonksiyonlarının rollerini ve sorumluluklarını açıklar.
