OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To gain competencies related to server operating system management.
Contents of the Course Unit: It covers the topics of Server Operating System, Server Roles, Server Services and Active Directory. Server Operating System; Server Operating System Management; File System Disk Clustering Systems (Raid); File and Directory Management; Data Sharing and Security; Backup and Restore; Active Directory Structure; User Groups Account Creation and Management; Advanced Account Management; TCP/IP Networks; Network Print Services; DHCP Service; Wins Service; DNS Service.
