Objectives of the Course Unit: | In this course, it is aimed to comprehend the structure of the construction sector and its management concepts and elements. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | This course includes construction and construction industry, construction management principles, construction sector procurement methods and strategies, cost control principles, material and labor cost ownership and costs, construction projects, machinery and equipment ownership and operating cost calculations, construction site and general expenses calculation principles, It includes progress payment and preparation of progress payments. |
