OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Öğrencileri girişimcilik ile ilgili teorik konularda bilgilendirmek, alan ile ilgili örnek olaylardan hareketle pratik bilgiler sunmak, öğrencilerin girişimcilikte yaşanan gelişmeler hakkında bilgi sahibi olmasını sağlamak amaçlanmıştır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Giriş ve girişimcilikle ilgili temel kavramlar, Girişimciliğin sosyal önemi, Girişimci olma süreci, Türkiye’de ve Dünyada girişimcilik ve tarihi, Yeni iş fikirleri, Risk Sermayesi ve Diğer Sermaye Bulma Yöntemleri, Girişimcilik Türleri ve Girişimcilik Kültürü, Başarılı Girişimcilik Öyküleri, Küçük İşletmelerin Yönetim Fonksiyonu ve Yeni Yönetim Yaklaşımları, Küçük İşletmelerin Üretim Fonksiyonu ve Üretim Teknikleri, Küçük İşletmelerin Pazarlama Yapısı, Sorunları ve Pazarlama Teknikleri, Küçük İşletmelerin İnsan Kaynakları ve Halkla İlişkiler Fonksiyonları, Küçük İşletmelerin Finansman Yapısı, Sorunları ve Finansman Teknikleri,Bir Girişim Fikrinin Oluşturulması ve Teorik Bir Uygulama, Girişimciliğin ekonomik açıdan önemi, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi konularını içermektedir.
