OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of this course is to teach foundations of individual behaviour; Values, attitudes and Job Satisfaction; Personality and Emotions; motivation; group behaviour; work teams; conflict and negotiations, stress, time management; communication.
Contents of the Course Unit: In order for this course person to better define himself / herself, issues such as perception, attribution, learning, personality, motivation, job satisfaction, attitudes, groups, leadership, communication, conflict, stress and time management will be discussed.

Composing develeopment of organizational behaviour in managemenet process
