OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is amed to gain knowledge about the most appropriate way of meeting consumer demands in terms of price, time, quantity and quality, increasing the degree of utilization of manpower and machinery resources, keeping stock level low and increasing inventory transfer, finding the most suitable combination of production factors, what quantity of production.
Contents of the Course Unit: Production management; planning, organizing, recruiting, directing and controlling all work in the relevant segments of organizations that convert inputs into products and services, ie productive (efficient) systems.
