OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course's main objective, firms why their country outside the boundaries they have invested, in foreign markets activities, how is shaped, foreign market entry strategies what is happening in these markets is to do the basic conditions and global competition, the basic dynamics is to teach.
Contents of the Course Unit: The main issues related to the management of international businesses: basic concepts and definitions in international management, internationalization, international market entry strategies, environmental forces affecting international business.
