OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to provide information about taking patient history, general physiotherapy evaluations, basic principles of movement, posture analysis (lateral, anterior, posterior), shortness tests, flexibility tests, anthropometric measurements, normal joint movement and muscle strength evaluations.
Contents of the Course Unit: Patient history and general physiotherapy evaluations, basic principles of movement, posture analysis (anterior, lateral, posterior), shortness and flexibility tests, anthropometric measurements (circumference, length, diameter and fat measurements), normal joint motion and muscle strength evaluations.

Takes the stories of patients with different diagnoses.
Applies the basic evaluations in the field of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation.
Makes lateral, anterior and posterior posture analysis.
Evaluates postural disorders in sick or healthy people.
Applies shortness and flexibility tests to sick and healthy people.
Apply anthropometric measurements.
Evaluates normal joint movements.
Apply measurements of muscle strength.
