| Objectives of the Course Unit: | It is aimed to provide information and skills on acquiring basic theoretical and practical knowledge of massage techniques; learning fundamental concepts related to evaluation and application in different conditions where massage is used; improving practical application ability; and developing problem-solving skills related to these topics in the field of physiotherapy and rehabilitation. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: | Mechanical, physiological, psychological and reflex effects of specific massage techniques, evaluation methods to be used in determining post-application effectiveness, practical applications, indications and contraindications of these methods. |
