OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to provide infomation and attitudes required to apply theoretical knowledge and practical competencies in a clinical setting.
Contents of the Course Unit: A full-day internship conducted for 30 working days in an outpatient clinic, under the supervision and observation of a licensed physiotherapist.

Relates factual knowledge acquired in the field to real-life clinical experiences.
Applies professional communication techniques effectively in a clinical setting.
Demonstrates behavior consistent with professional ethics and ethical principles of physiotherapy.
Reviews fundamental knowledge and skills related to physiotherapy and rehabilitation programs.
Applies, under the supervision of a physiotherapist, patient-specific basic assessment and evaluation methods required for physiotherapy and rehabilitation practices.
Participates, under observation, in the implementation of treatment programs planned by the supervising physiotherapist.
