OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The goal of this course is to provide information corcerning commercial law and make the undergarduate degree student gained the ability to analyze the cases.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of the course is composed of some well-identified basic concepts such as the concept of business, merchant, commercial register, commercial name, trade marks, unfair competition.
