OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to be able to evaluate the economic function of the derste kam, the efficiency of the public economy in terms of the related politics.
Contents of the Course Unit: In this course, the causes of state activities, public services, public expenditures, introduction to tax theory, tax types (income-wealth and expenditure tax), public debt, international taxation, budget functions, budgeting principles, budget process and budget policy are explained.

Define factors that are effective in determining consumer preferences.
Configure the effects of prosperity and efficiency issues in economic decision making processes.
Explain firm behavior for different markets.
Analyze the measurement of the economy on macro basis.
Compare macroeconomic process between short term and long term.
