OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: In rehabilitation team work, it is aimed to explain the role of work and occupational therapy(ergotherapy), to define basic occupational and occupational evaluation methods in performance areas, to provide basic information and application examples about developing appropriate occupational and occupational approaches.
Contents of the Course Unit: The role of work and occupational therapy(ergotherapy) in team work, assessment and training of daily living activities, principles and practices of transfer activities, hand, sense, sensory integration evaluations and treatment, principles of occupational therapy in different problems.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Describes the overall performance of the occupational therapy (ergotherapy)
Basic assessments in the areas of occupational (ergotherapy) performance can be made.
Treats basic principles of occupational therapy (ergotherapy) in different problematic patients.
According to the evaluation results, the occupational therapy (ergotherapy) approaches are applied at a basic level
