OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is aimed to gain knowledge introduce the basic concepts and institutions of law and about the content of the concepts they encounter in the current life and in the various parts of the education.
Contents of the Course Unit: Characteristics of legal rules and separation from other social order rules, contemporary legal systems, compilation of law and compilation of Turkish Law, sanctions and types, public law, private law, mixed law branches and sub-distinctions, Turkish positive law and its problems, implementation of law from various angles, concepts of rights, rights and qualifications, responsibility and responsibility.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Explains the sources of the law, the methods and sources of the written and non-written resources.
Classifies the sub branches of private and public law such as constitution, punishment, administration, civil, debts, enforcement-bankruptcy law.
Explains the distinction between the powers of the legislative, executive and judicial powers and private law and public law.
Explains the legal event, legal act, legal process concepts and the differences between concepts.
