OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: To be able to identify the problems in the common cases of orthosis-prosthesis during the clinical studies, to determine the problems in the level of disorder, activity and participation level, and to determine the appropriate orthotic-prosthetic approaches in the light of evidence-based scientific data It is aimed to develop the skills of giving.

Combines library and web-based resources with the ability to research and use the information associated with the case.
Classifies clinical problems in terms of disorder, activity and participation level.
Explain the personal and environmental factors affecting the activity and participation limitations.
Practice the biopsychosocial model in the clinical decision making process.
Adopts group work skills in clinical decision-making and clinical approaches.
Shares the results of the evaluation, short and long-term treatment goals and treatment plan with effective communication and examines other opinions on the basis of scientific basis.
