OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The objective of the course is to provide the students with the skills to apply different techniques specific to Judo.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include; concepts related with Judo, historical development of Judo, competition rules of Judo and basic techniques specific to Judo.

Describe the basic concepts of Judo.
Summarize the historical development of Judo.
