Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to provide students with the knowledge and skills to prepare choreography specific to spinning exercises. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; Basic concepts related to ergonomics and training methods, cycling ergonomics, customization of spinning bicycle, tempo levels and rhythm listening in spinning exercise, determination of duration, intensity and frequency in spinning exercise, methods of preparing monthly exercise program, spinning exercise with rhythm and lighting, preparation of spinning choreography. |
