OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | Objective of the course is to help students gain the information and skills to perform choreography with rhythmic gymnastics instruments, to make movement analysis specific to the subject, to make combinations from different technical movements and to prepare the series for the minors category. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | The contents of the course include contest rules specific to rhythmic gymnastics, Classification of body movements, Special training methods, Specific warm-up methods, Bouncing exercises, Balance and coordination exercises, Force exercises, Flexibility exercises, Rope techniques and choreography exercises with rope, Hoop techniques and choreography exercises with hoope , Pivot exercises, Music knowledge, Rhythm studies, Music selection, Choreography studies. |
