Objectives of the Course Unit: | Objective of the course is to provide students with knowledge and skill to apply the teaching steps specific to the Karate-do , to make the movement analysis of the techniques, and to prepare the Karate-do training plan. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Content of the course covers Karate-do's historical development process, competition rules, Te-Waza and Uke-Waza techniques, Ashi-Waza technique, Empi-Waza technique, technical forms of color belts, theoretical and application principles to be observed in karate-do teaching, |
