Objectives of the Course Unit: | The objective of the course is to help students gain the knowledge and ability to teach the fitness exercise movements to individuals with different characteristics in physical and conditional terms and to prepare a fitness exercise program by taking these differences into consideration. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; Definition of group fitness, Historical development, purposes and benefits of Group Fitness, Planning of group fitness, Rhythm knowledge, Choreography formation, Group fitness exercises, Group cycling exercises, General, special, regional and Strength group exercises. |
