Objectives of the Course Unit: | Objective of the course is to help students to be able to apply advanced orienteering techniques, to teach the basic techniques, to prepare a training plan specific to the orienteering and to acquire the knowledge and skills to organize orienteering races. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include Salon practice orienteering, Line orienteering, Land (coarse) orienteering, specific training techniques in orienteering and planning orienteering race organizations. |
