OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the students with the basic knowledge about photography and photography and to provide with the skills of lighting and lighting techniques for the artistic creation of photography.
Contents of the Course Unit: The contents of the course include the subjects such as history of photography, camera structure and types, use and techniques of digital cameras, rules of composition in photography; types of light (key light, fill light, backlight, natural light) and correct use of light.

Explain social media and related terms.
Compare the concepts of traditional and new media.
Determine the relationship between new technologies and new developments in the digital era.
