OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course is to provide the students with the knowledge of leadership and the importance of leadership and to enable them to have the knowledge they need to be the leader and to be able to lead them when necessary.
Contents of the Course Unit: The content of this course is the phenomenon of leadership, the features required by leadership, the leadership related approaches, the leader's duties, the place of the leader in the team, the differences between the leader and the manager, motivation, being creative and the methods that the leader will apply to.

Determine the characteristics of being a leader.
Show the importance of taking responsibility and finding solutions.
