Objectives of the Course Unit: | Objective of the course is to help students to gain basic knowledge and skills about basic individual and corporate banking concepts and products and services. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Contents of the course include; development of personal banking, personal banking applications, credit cards, consumer loans, electronic fund transfers, financial service marketing, customer relations (CRM), corporate banking, corporate banking applications, bank loans, foreign exchange positions of banks, profitability in banks. |
