OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the student with knowledge and skills of interpreting theory – practice relationship related to technical practices and 21st century management approaches.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include occurrence of new management approaches, postmodernism, total quality management, external sources utilization, virtual organizations.

Describe the trends affecting business world in the context of management approach and techniques used in the 21st century.
Develop a perspective about the factors affecting management success.
