OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |

Objectives of the Course Unit: | This course aims to give the students the ability to interpret the knowledge learned by examining the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102. |
Contents of the Course Unit: | Within the scope of the course, basic concepts of commercial enterprise law, corporate law and the law of negotiable instruments will be discussed by comparing with the former TCC and Judicial decisions, where necessary. |
