OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS
Objectives of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin amacı, öğrencilerin bir problemin tanımlanması ve çözümü için karar verme tekniklerini bilgisayarda Lingo gibi Programlar ile uygulayabilme bilgi ve becerisi kazandırmaktır.
Contents of the Course Unit:	Bu dersin içeriği, Topsis Yöntemi, Karar Analizi, Fayda Teorisi, Karar Sorunlarının Çözümünde Kullanılan Yazılımlar, Çok Ölçütlü Karar Verme ve Karar Sorununun Yapılandırılması konularını kapsamaktadır.

Karar verme hakkında temel kavramları tanımlar.
Çok ölçütlü karar verme yöntemlerini açıklar.
Karar sorunlarının modellenmesini uygular.
Karar sorunlarının analizinde kullanılabilecek yazılımları uygular.
Visual Basic, Excel ve Lingo programları aracılığıyla karar verme problemini çözebilir ve analiz edebilir.
Derslerde uyguladığımız örnek vakalar aracılığıyla gerçek çözümler üretebilir.
Topsis yöntemini uygulamayı bilir ve çeşitli vakaları çözebilir.
