OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the students with the ability to examine the conventional and combined railway transportation at national and international level in terms of logistics.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as historical development of railway transportation; freight wagons; wagon numbering and marking; loading, labelling and sealing of wagons; classification of trains; putting in commission; national and international regulations; railway transportation terminology.

Interpret about the railway transportation and development of railways in our country.
Explain the Maintenance and Repair Services.
