OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the students with the knowledge of the transportation and logistics legislation and the visuals to be used in transportation processes in terms of transportation, storage and warehouse services and warehouse activities.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include the subjects such as provisions related to the transportation works in the Turkish Commercial Code; and international conventions on goods and passenger transportation overland, sea-borne and by air.

Interpret provisions related to the transportation works in the Turkish Commercial Code.
Interpret international conventions on goods and passenger transportation overland, sea-borne and by air.
Explain the articles in Law and international conventions through case studies.
Analyze case studies in real life.
