OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
This course aims to provide the student with the ability to understand and apply foreign trade legislation and transportation legislation. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
Contents of the course include the subjects such as Turkish foreign trade legislation, export regime decision, export regulation, export notifications, import regime decision, import regulation, import notifications, standardization regime decision, standardization regulation, TSE legislation, legislations of highway, maritime, airlines and railway, international TIR legislation, sample practices. |
