| Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of the course is to give information about crisis communication and the practices that must be done during the crisis. |
| Contents of the Course Unit: |
The content of the course includes the stages of crisis management, relations with the media, possible crisis types and strategies to be implemented. |

| By the end of this course, students will be able to explain the stages and effects of the crisis period by explaining the concept of crisis management. |
| By the end of this course, students will be able to analyze crisis management practices, pre- and post-crisis crisis management, and monitor the crisis response process in this direction. |
| By the end of this course, students will be able to predict possible crises by designing a possible crisis plan. |
