OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to give the students the ability to interpret the knowledge learned by examining the provisions of the Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102.
Contents of the Course Unit: Within the scope of the course, basic concepts of commercial enterprise law, corporate law and the law of negotiable instruments will be discussed by comparing with the former TCC and Judicial decisions, where necessary.

Define the provisions of TCC No. 6102.
Define the elements of commercial enterprise.
Compare the trading companies in accordance with the basic principles of corporate law.
Distinguish the securities such as checks, bills and policies.
Relate what he/she learned with concrete cases.
Classify the sub-branches of Commercial Law.
