To ensure that students can choose the correct data collection and analysis methods in accordance with the research topic. To ensure that students have the skills and competence to conduct research using scientific research methods and observing ethical values. To provide students with the ability to write scientific articles and theses. |
| Content: | The basic concepts of philosophy and methodology of science are investigated, data types are compared from various perspectives, and data collection and analysis methods are exemplified. It is ensured that the skills of using academic resources effectively and conveying research results correctly are acquired. It focuses on the relationship between science, theory and research, and how the processes of scientific research are carried out, from design and implementation to reporting. Writing scientific articles and thesis and the ethical rules to be followed during this process are discussed. |
