Within the framework of the New Turkish Commercial Code No. 6102, commercial transactions, commercial enterprises, the obligations of merchants, unfair competition, and deceptive advertising are explained in basic terms to enable students to understand the relationships between merchants, grasp the legal differences between “commercial enterprises, tradesmen, and companies” that are common in everyday life, and provide basic solutions to situations they encounter in commercial law. and to enable them to assess the competition between businesses or partnerships operating under free market conditions from a legal perspective. |
