Objectives: | This course aims to provide students with a basic knowledge and perspective on the analysis of the structure and content of law in the history of philosophy and changes in the understanding of law, the relationship between law and philosophy, similarities, differences and the concepts underlying the philosophy of law and the philosophical and political development of human rights thought. |
Content: | Contents of the course include the relations between philosophy and law, the concepts of rights and justice, natural and positive legal theories, the social contract, the relationship between law and freedom and the ontological and historical foundations of human rights. |
