Objectives and Contents
Objectives: It is aimed to gain knowledge and attitudes that will understand, analyze and develop the process from recent history to the present in the development of social policies and social assistance models that will enable children to grow up as healthy individuals.
Content: Concept, Purpose and ideologies of Social Welfare, social Policy ; Tools of Social Policy: Social welfare and Social Work Social Policy and Social Welfare, Beneficiaries and target group of social policy; models and changing approaches in welfare systems; Importance of Social welfare policies for Women, children and other vulnerable groups, Child rights and protective mechanisms. Social Welfare policies for children: National and International; Initiatives of GO’s and NGO’s for the welfare of Children. Supporting Parents Current Family services and Counselling ; Problems and Solution Suggestion for Social welfare policies
