Are capable of conducting validity and reliability studies in the field of tests and techniques used in applied psychology provided that they adhere to ethical values, 4. Are able to express his/her thoughts in written and orally in at least one foreign language, 5. Are successful in problem solving, time management, self-discipline and communication skills, 6. Are able to work and take esponsibility both independently and in a team, 7. Have a questioning attitude on the basis of scientific knowledge and scientific thinking, 8. Adopted the behavior of evaluating and actively participating in social events as the basic principle within the framework of universal values, 9. Adopting the philosophy of lifelong learning, 10. Have awareness and developed civil courage.
