In today's world, where technology is rapidly advancing and its presence is felt in every aspect of life, there are vast career opportunities for graduates of visual communication design, which combines technology and aesthetics. Newspapers, magazines, and publishing houses that do desktop publishing, digital media platforms, design agencies, game platforms, television, the cinema industry, any area where the internet exists, public institutions, and many other sectors offer career opportunities to well-trained communication design experts. These graduates can find various career opportunities in fields such as visual communication, graphic design, digital media, user experience, and other related areas.
Graduates of the Visual Communication Design department can work in the following fields: graphic design studios, advertising agencies, web design and user experience (UX/UI) design, digital media, film and animation studios, publishing and magazine design, brand and corporate identity design, digital game design, exhibition and event design, and social responsibility projects. In these areas, graduates can develop visual communication strategies and create creative and innovative projects.
It is possible to transfer horizontally between programs within the Communication Design Department of the Faculty of Fine Arts.
All students who wish to transfer to our department through the vertical transfer process must take the Vertical Transfer Exam (DGS) and, if they score sufficiently, will be placed by ÖSYM.
