Aim of the Program

Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design; aims to train interior architects who specialize in interior architecture and human-environment relations, which can develop innovative, original and sustainable new ideas, possible problems and different arrangements of interior and surroundings in design and planning fields as a first step in lifelong learning in four year undergraduate education.

Career Opportunities

Graduates of the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design; at the end of the second and third year, they begin their first vocational career.   When they graduate, they have the opportunity to work in a wide range of architecture and interior design offices, construction teams and private or governmental institutions. They can make an academic career in areas related to their departments.

Programmes allowing Horizontal Transfer

Students are admitted to the associate degree and undergraduate degree programs of our university by horizontal transfer within the quota in accordance with “The Regulation on the Principles of Transition between Programs in the Associate and Undergraduate Levels, Double Major, Minor with Credit Transfer in The Council of The Higher Education”. 

Programmes allowing Vertical Transfer

Graduates of vocational school of higher education can continue their undergraduate education for four years if they fulfill the relevant regulations.
