Our aim is to educate students who have knowledge about basic mechanical systems and control systems, computer aided design and manufacturing as well as hydrolic, pneuöatics and automation. Students should be able to identify and distinguish between embedded systems in electrical, mechanical, hydrol,c and pneumatic disciplines. Our intention is to teach students as technical crafts who are professionals in designing, producing, care and repairing.
The programme target is to educate and teach students as technical personnel according to following topics: to have adequate knowledge about ataturk principles and revolution history, have good commands of turkish, adequate mathematic skills in professional field, adequate english knowledge according to profession field, basic knowledge about engineering sciences, knowing the proper motors for relasing mechanical systems, making mechanical measurments, having basic mechanical, material and mechanical drawing knowledges and mkin computer aided drawings, knowing and utilize hydrollic and pneumatic circuit elements as well as control and command elements of mechanical systems, making computer aided designs, having knowledge about manufacturing operations and their computer aided applications, making mechanical system repairings as well as maintenance, adopt the sense of quality and support institutional processes, being informed about busisness managment and work safety
Graduates who acquire the title of machine technician have the oppurtunity to continue wit the undergraudate programme by DGS or employ in following areas: machine industry, aerospace engineering industry, production and manufacturing industry, hardware industry, automotive industry, designing industry, constrution and energy industry.
Today, technology is constantly developing and renewing itself. With the developing technology, the use and need of machinery is increasing rapidly. Technicians play a key role in the production and development of machinery in order to increase the applicability and efficient use of technological developments. For this reason, in line with these developments in the sector, the need for qualified machine technicians is increasing.
Interested in basic mechanics and control systems, computer-aided design and manufacturing (CAD/CAM), hydraulic-pneumatics and automation, interested in embedded systems where disciplines such as electricity and mechanics are used together, will be able to produce, maintain and repair after graduation. It can be a suitable choice for those who want to improve themselves in the subject.
