Completes all production stages of orthoses for pathologies requiring orthotic indications in the foot, ankle, knee, and hip regions.
Possesses the knowledge and skills to address issues that may arise during the application and use of orthoses for patients.
Gains knowledge about pathologies occurring in the foot, ankle, knee, and hip areas.
Acquires information about soft orthoses such as knee braces and applies them on patients.
Gains knowledge about polypropylene, polyethylene, and Throlen thermoplastics used in orthotic fabrication.
Utilizes Plastazote and Polyform materials.
