OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: This course aims to provide the students with basic principles of multimedia design, the development of interactive multimedia, effective and correct use of multimedia design components, and to create quality works by using Adobe Illustrator and AfterEffects programs in digital media, in the light of this information.
Contents of the Course Unit: Contents of the course include using multiple media elements (text, graphics, animation, sound, music, video, etc.) together in digital media.

KEY LEARNING OUTCOMES OF THE COURSE UNIT (On successful completion of this course unit, students/learners will or will be able to)

Describe basic concepts of multimedia.
Visualize creative thinking when creating a design.
Produce and interpret multimedia message aimed to be provided.
State a principle of Basic Design in multiple media that are written and visual.
Give an example of a work by using written communication and visual design, animation techniques, voice communication, sound use methods.
Compute Adobe Illustrator and AfterEffects programs at advanced level.
