OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS |
Objectives of the Course Unit: |
The aim of this course is the legal relationship between employers and employees under the provisions of the Labor Law, explaining bargaining agreement, the termination of employment contracts, severance and termination benefits is to provide a basic education. |
Contents of the Course Unit: |
This course individual labor law and collective labor law will be handled under two main headings. Individual work in the legal relationship between employers and workers, in particular the establishment of the service contract, termination provisions and will focus on; In collective labor law, the establishment and functioning of trade unions, collective bargaining agreements, peaceful resolution of collective labor disputes and strikes and lockouts of the types of business the fight will be covered. |
