OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course; It aims to provide knowledge and skills for Performance, Performance Management and Performance Analysis. This course; Performance Measurement and Evaluation in Healthcare Enterprises Performance Based Wage Practices in Healthcare Businesses, Performance Management Performance Management Process in Healthcare Sector, Performance Evaluation Models in Healthcare Services, Performance Management Practices in Private Healthcare Businesses and Performance Management Practices in Public Healthcare Businesses are described.
Contents of the Course Unit: In this course, the concept of performance management is emphasized and an evaluation is made about the performance management process and performance management models in health enterprises.
