OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course; To teach the concept and definition of Risk in Health Institutions, measurement of risk, basic approaches in risk analysis. This course; Risk analysis includes definitions and concepts, Risk Management Process, Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Management in Healthcare Businesses, important points in Risk Analysis, Strategic Risk Management and Internal Audit System Focused on Enterprise Risk Management.
Contents of the Course Unit: Institutional risk management to be encountered in health institutions, risk measurement, activities for risk control, important points in risk analysis, corporate risk management-oriented internal audit system and case studies related to risk management to gain perspective on the implementation of these concepts, work safety and reduction of losses is intended to provide.
