OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: It is the examination of health services and legal regulations related to health.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course; Basic Concepts Related to Health Legislation, Legislation on the Provision of Health Services, Legislation on Private Health Institutions, Legislation on Financing of Health Services, Legislation on Emergency Health Services, Legislation on the Rights and Obligations of Health Personnel, Concepts Related to Medical Practice Errors and Physician's Responsibility, Criminal Law Responsibility in Health Services, Legislation on Public and Environmental Health, Patient Rights and International Declarations, Patient Disclosure and Approval, Procurement Legislation, What is the Health Transformation Program ?, Applications within the Framework of the Health Transformation Program.
