OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course; To educate graduates who can effectively perform tasks such as individual health records, health management, organizing and storing documents containing data about health institutions, including all kinds of scientific documents made in the field of medicine and health.
Contents of the Course Unit: Course content; history of medical documentation , medical document definitions of medical documentation concepts , importance of medical documents , usage areas of medical documents , patient file , importance of patient files , standardization of patient files , forms that make up patient files , documents that should be in the file , health concept , health services , Turkish health The structure of the system, organization, types of medical documents, legal requirements of medical documents.
