OBJECTIVES AND CONTENTS

Objectives of the Course Unit: The aim of this course professional correspondence, official papers, business papers and special papers, to be able to do quickly and effectively is to teach.
Contents of the Course Unit: This course; What is Communication? - Basic features of communication - How does the communication process work? What are Communication Types? - Communication Tools, Grammar - Use of Punctuation Marks, Grammar - Correct Use and Spelling of Conjunctions, Language and Expression Disorders, Qualitative Characteristics of Correspondence, Regulation on Procedures and Principles to be Applied in Official Correspondence, Sections and Types of Official Writings, Sections and Types of Business Writings, It includes Special Articles, Petition Writing, Document Services, Document Types, Mailing and General Repetition.
